What is Naturism?
The Naturism is a way of living in harmony with nature characterized by the practice of collective nudity for the purpose of promoting self-esteem, respect for others and the environment.
The definition of naturism is the practice of nudity in a social environment and seeks the welfare resulting from the sharing of our body with the natural elements. After all, if you think about it, what more natural and enjoyable can be the enjoyment of freedom full body in contact with water, air and sunlight.
Unfortunately, in our modern society, nudity appears closely linked to eroticism, over sexualized, with the body as a mere object of pleasure, and then exploited to exhaustion, by advertising, with a view of "perfection", that services fashion and profit, or otherwise ordered by cultural or religious practices that require certain areas of our bodies, be deemed "dirty and sinful."
Naturism promotes greater joy of life, mental health and physical harmony and creates greater self-esteem, calm and relaxation both physically and emotionally.
